Memories may fade with time, and photographs may lose their luster, but designer Vanessa Villagrana has created a stylish new way to relive every joyous family occasion in brilliant color and dynamic design.
While her background in Victimology at a California State University may seem somewhat somber, Vanessa's schooling directly inspired her to create both a home life and a business that reflects the importance of those most precious to her - her family.
Bitten by the shutterbug with the arrival of her first "prince", Roman, and her "sweet prince", Joaquin, Vanessa's passion for photographing every moment, big and small, in the lives of her toddlers soon caught the eye of other moms wanting to preserve those first precious moments in the lives of their own wee ones. Not long after, more brilliant ideas developed. And just like that, Lil Sweet Prince (and baby Natalia, too!) was born.
Originally offering personalized birth announcement cards, Vanessa assembled a first-rate design team, and soon the trio of stay-at-home "mompreneurs" expanded their line to include baptism, baby shower and christening invitations; marriage, engagement, and Save the Date cards, as well as holiday and thank you cards.
With former-teacher Holly's at-home photography studio, mommy-of-three Melissa's stellar Photoshop skills, and Vanessa's attention to detail and custom design, every card is infused with the distinctly unique style of each member of the Lil Sweet Prince design team.
Inspired by the creative chaos that comes from working at home with their little inspirations running around, and with sophistication, style and the sense of humor needed to tackle a full work-day while toting around their tots, this design-savvy trio creates superbly stylish photo cards and elegant announcements.
Offering bilingual services for other Spanish-speaking families who long to preserve their most cherished memories, as well as a sophisticated line of custom photo announcement cards and invitations, the collaborative team behind Lil Sweet Prince creates snapshots of family life that are filled with laughter, joy, and love.
