    Time frame for Photo Invitations
    When you order a photo invitation from Lil Sweet Prince, we ask that you place your order at least three weeks before your RSVP/ or desired date, not the actual party date. This time frame allows time for proofing , editing, revisions, and shipping, as well as timely standard shipping delivery,  barring delivery delays (weather, Holidays, etc.).  Please note, if you choose to order before the recommended 3 weeks, we ask that you select expedited shipping. Placing your order before Lil Sweet Prince's time frame, affirms you are aware of this policy and Lil Sweet Prince is not responsible for your order arriving past your desired time frame.

    E-Proofs
    Once you finalize your e-proof to print, we are not responsible for misprints/typos. We ask that you take your time reviewing your e-proof carefully before confirming to production. Please review your e-proof on a home computer rather than your smart phone. If any typos are made by our design team we will fix the error asap, prior to the printing process.

    Once you receive your initial proof, you can ask for one revision, if necessary. Every order includes a total of two proofs (your initial e-proof and revision, if necessary) and one photo change. Please note, asking for more than one proof at once will require an extra business day. We ask that you be very specific in how you wish your photos, colors, fonts to be displayed. A fee of $10.00 will accessed should you exceed two e-proofs and more than one photo change. **Asking for revisions require an e-proof, we cannot finalize your order unless you have reviewed changes requested to your e-proof. ***Changing colors, fonts, layout of photo card may be subject to a fee.

    There is a $12.00 fee for upgrading your photo card size, once it has been designed. For example, if we custom design your 4x6 photo card and you ask for a 5x7, we then have to start the design process from scratch, designing a new photo card for a larger size. If you would like to upgrade from matte to Metallic finish, within the same size, there is a $5.00 fee. We ask that you carefully read about our paper finishes or ask for a sample pack prior to placing your order, to avoid dealys or additional fees. These fees are in addition to the cost of the actual change in size or finish (listed within the product information).


     Cancellation Fee When you place an order with Lil Sweet Prince, we work one on one with you to create a unique custom design. We are happy to accommodate any changes you would like made to your design (within our guidelines). If the design process has started on your photo card and you do not wish to complete an order with us, you will be billed a $45.00 cancellation fee to provide recompense for our time and effort spent designing and customizing your photo card. If you cancel your order prior to the design process, you will be refunded the entire amount, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee.

    Please note, we will not send your order to print until you approve via email, no exceptions. Please keep this is mind when you place your order.

            Return Policy & Exchanges

    Due to the personalized nature of our products we cannot accept returns, exchange products or issue a refund once your order has shipped. You will receive a digital proof for any paper product you order and it is your responsibility to carefully check for spelling, grammatical or design errors and give final approval before we will fulfill your order.

    Please note trimming and cropping will occur in cardstock orders. We prepare/send our files with an appropriate amount of bleed space to our printers,  we are not held responsible for trimming of your photo cards. If this adversely affects your final product, we will work with you to correct it.
    - Before reprinting we ask that you ship us the product in question.

    We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged once they leave our office, we recommend and offer shipping insurance in the total cost of your purchase.
     
    International Orders
    Please read our time line for photo invitations, international customers require up to three to four additional weeks for shipping and customs. Our time frame is only an estimation, we do not offer refunds/credits if your invitations arrive past their estimated time frame. For this reason, we ask that your order at least 7-8 weeks before your desired time of arrival.
     
    Misprint Policy
    If we misprint your item after you have approved your proof we will reprint or refund your purchase total. This does not include typos/errors that were not brought to our attention during the proofing process.

    If you review your proof and neglect to notice an error of any kind we will offer to reprint at a reduced cost. We must be advised of any discrepancies including misprints and shortages within 7 business days of receipt of order.
     
    Submitting Photos
    Please submit your high resolution photos (minimum of 1200 x 1100 pixels) on the same page your are placing your order. If scanning a picture to send, please make sure your scanner is set to a resolution of 600 ppi (pixels per inch). Please note that professional photographs or artwork will require a written release from the photographer or artist before a proof is provided.
     
    Color Discrepancy
    We make every effort possible to accurately display the colors of the products that appear on our site. However, as the colors on screen will vary from monitor to monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. If you have concerns about matching a particular color, please send us a color swatch. Swatches may be emailed to info@lilsweetprince.com.
