I received a phone call the same day I placed my order as my photos were too small to use. I was guided and helped, adjusted my camera settings and was able to provide the correct sized pictures. Let me start off by saying, I was referred by a coworker due to the gorgeous announcements she purchased. I called and emailed before I placed an order, wanting to make sure my photos were ok to use. Vanessa took a look at my photos and explained they were too grainy and would not print well, then offered to take a look at other photos if I wanted to email them. She quickly offered her opinion about which design would best fit my photos, and customized the colors for me. The quality of my invites was amazing, as I ordered Metallic photo paper for my son's birth announcements. I will soon place another order for Holiday Cards, thank you Lil Sweet Prince!

I just wanted to write a note about my experience with Lil Sweet Prince, we ordered our daughter's first birthday invitations as we fell in love with the lovely, elegant designs. I paid for rush shipping and was anxiously waiting for the invitations to arrive. I contacted Vanessa via email and phone when I realized my order had not arrived on time. She called me back at 5 a.m. her time as I'm located in New York and managed to track my package. Turns out, the UPS driver mistakenly dropped off my order at my neighbor's house. She was willing to reprint my order and send it next day delivery in order to ensure I receive the invitations on time. I managed to get the invites from my neighbor and contacted Vanessa to thank her for her outstanding service. I have yet to hear about a business owner calling four hours before opening in order to track one order down and pacify a customer. She went above and beyond for our order and impressed me with her professional, courteous demeanor. Thank you!

I placed my order with Li Sweet Prince and the same day I received a phone call letting me know three of my scanned photos would not print with quality. Victoria guided me step by step, helping me check my scanner, find my settings and then adjust them to the proper resolution. We were on the phone at least 30 minutes while she helped me find photos to scan and then checked them on her end to see if they were ok.
