How does it all work? TOP
Are you ready to order? Choose the photo card you would like from our galleries, check out (order form is located directly beneath each design), then upload your photos to our customer page. Please note, your order is not complete until we receive both your order form and photos.
After you check out, you will be directed to a thank you page which will have a link to upload your photos to Lil Sweet Prince. Are you missing the link? Please click here to upload your photos.
Within two business days of receiving your photos (an extra day is added for customers who opt to pay after receiving a proof), we then email you a link to view your proof. If there are any changes,revisions or corrections needed, let us know and we will happily oblige! Please check your proof thoroughly as we are not responsible for any mistakes after your order has gone to print.
Due to the unparalleled care of your photo cards, expect 4-5 business days of processing, packaging and printing before shipping.

It's been days since I've placed an order for my proof, why have I not received a response? TOP
We promptly respond to all orders and proof requests within 24 hours, please check your spam/bulk folder for our email. Emails such as MSN and AOL have placed us as spam or bulk mail. You may call us at (559)213-8954 during normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. PST and we will galdly assist you!
How will my order be packaged? TOP
Presentation is important to us, we take pride in our modern, hip packaging. No expense is spared with our luxe packaging! Your announcements/invitations will be packaged with care in a clear sealed bag for protection, surrounded by chocolate brown tissue paper. Your package will then be placed in a chic turquoise colored square box topped with a chocolate brown ribbon.
** Please note, orders mailed via 2 day UPS/Fed Ex are not packaged in our signature box.
What is a proof? TOP
A proof is a low resolution digital sample of your announcement/invitation. You will receive a digital proof for any paper product you order and it is your responsibility
to carefully check for spelling, grammatical or design errors and give final approval
before we will fulfill your order. Remember, we are happy to accommodate any changes/revisions you would like made
to your design, no matter how big or small! We will not send your order to print until you are completely satisfied! After the proof is approved, Lil Sweet Prince will not be held liable for any typos or misprints. Sending your photographs to Lil Sweet Prince: TOP
Once your order is confirmed, you will be automatically directed to a thank you page asking you to upload your photos to our customer page. Forgot to upload your photos? Send them now! Because we care about the quality of your announcement, we ask that you provide high resolution files for us to work with, a low resolution photo will not print with quality. Please make sure you photos are a minimum of 1800x 1200 pixels. If scanning a picture make sure your scanner is set to a resolution of 500 ppi (pixels per inch).
Please do not shrink or edit photos you are sending us! We will provide exceptional editing included with your order. To ensure the picture files stay large please limit the pictures you are sending to 3-4 per email.
Please do not send us photos from your camera phone as they have a very low resolution and will not print with quality! Please do not send photos downloaded from an online hosting site such as Picasa, Photobucket Shutterfly, etc. These photos do not have enough pixels to print!
*If you are mailing your photos please let us know and we will provide you with an address. Why do you have a minimum order for photo cards? TOP
We require a minimum order of 30 for our photo cards. We have a minimum set because our mommy design team spend valuable hours per each design we have in our gallery. Therefore you are paying the minimum for the design, not the photo paper.
Can I send in professional photographs? TOP
Yes, but you will have to also provide a signed release from the photographer allowing us to use the photographs. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding professional photos.
Is there a fee for editing photographs? TOP
No, there is no extra charge for editing your pictures to make them look their most beautiful. We crop, smooth out blemishes, redness, convert photos to sepia or black and white without any extra fees.
What if I would like to see more than one proof of different designs or change the design entirely during the editing process? TOP
There will be one time fee of $15.00 for this service. While we love to design/customize photo cards for customers, we can only limit one design proof.
We will happily customize any design you choose to your liking, within the one design proof. If you request our "Alex" boy birth announcement and would like two photos instead of the standard one or wish to change the color on it, that is absolutely ok! If however, you receive your announcement proof, then request a different design/proof, this will incur the fee. Thank you for your understanding!

We are now offering sample packs for our customers! We strongly encourage you to order a sample pack so that you many see for yourself just how beautiful our announcements and invitations are! Pay just
$1.75 to receive a surprise pack of photo paper and cardstock panel
cards. You will receive Professional Kodak Endura photo paper lustre, metallic, and a
cardstock panel card. Once you place your official order, we will
credit the amount paid for your sample (including shipping) pack! Your samples will be mailed via US Priority Mail and arrive in 2-3 business days. Place your sample order here.
Are envelopes included in my order? TOP
Yes, high quality white envelopes are included in your order,. You also have two options for color envelopes, turquoise blue or pink pearlescent colored envelopes (for nine extra dollars).
How much is shipping? Do you ship to Canada/ International? TOP
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation for $11.75
We are now shipping to Australia and Canada! Orders shipped outside the U.S. are shipped USPS Global Priority mail. For more information about international shipping rates, please email us. How long will it take for me to receive my order? TOP
We use professional printers and outside printing services to ensure you receive the best quality, therefore there is a turn around time. As soon as we receive your order you will be emailed a digital proof within 48 hours, after we receive payment your order will be sent to our printing center and delivered to you within 6-8 business days (please allow a few extra days for orders shipping to Canada).
