How does it all work? TOP
- Take a look around our many galleries. Choose which design you like and once you're ready to order you have two options: Go directly to the order form located beneath the design you like and check out. Need to see an online sample before purchasing? Simply fill out our proof order form.
- After completing your check out/ proof page order form, you will be directed to a thank you page asking you to upload your pictures to our customer page.
- Within 48 hours of receiving your photos, we then email you a link to view your proof. If there are any changes,revisions or corrections needed, let us know and we will happily oblige! Please check your proof thoroughly as we are not responsible for any mistakes after your order has gone to print.
- If you paid before receiving your proof, once you finalize your order (proof)we send your order to print. Please expect 3-4 business days of processing, packaging and printing before shipping.
- If you paid directly on your proof page, once your payment is confirmed we will then send your order to print. Please expect 3-4 business days of processing, packaging and printing before shipping.
- All done!! While you're waiting to receive your photo cards, think of how much your announcements/invitations will be coveted by friends and family!
Can I place an order by phone? TOP
Absolutely! We can help you with your order by phone, please let us know when requesting a proof and we will gladly give you our number. How will my order be packaged? TOP
Presentation is important to us, we take pride in our modern, hip packaging. No expense is spared with our luxe packaging! Your announcements/invitations will be packaged with care in a clear sealed bag for protection, surrounded by chocolate brown tissue paper. Your package will then be placed in a chic turquoise colored square box topped with a chocolate brown ribbon.
What is a proof? TOP
A proof is a low resolution digital sample of your announcement/invitation. You will receive a digital proof for any paper product you order and it is your responsibility
to carefully check for spelling, grammatical or design errors and give final approval
before we will fulfill your order. Remember, we are happy to accommodate any changes/revisions you would like made
to your design, no matter how big or small! We will not send your order to print until you are completely satisfied! After the proof is approved, Lil Sweet Prince will not be held liable for any typos or misprints. Sending your photographs to Lil Sweet Prince: TOP
Once your order is confirmed, you will be automatically directed to a thank you page asking you to upload your photos to our customer page. Forgot to upload your photos? Send them now! Because we care about the quality of your announcement, we ask that you provide high resolution files for us to work with, a low resolution photo will not print with quality. Please make sure you photos are a minimum of 1800x 1200 pixels. If scanning a picture make sure your scanner is set to a resolution of 500 ppi (pixels per inch). Please do not shrink or edit photos you are sending us! We will provide exceptional editing included with your order. To ensure the picture files stay large please limit the pictures you are sending to 3-4 per email. Please do not send us photos from your camera phone as they have a very low resolution and will not print with quality! Please do not send photos downloaded from an online hosting site such as Picasa, Photobucket Shutterfly, etc. These photos do not have enough pixels to print! *If you are mailing your photos please let us know and we will provide you with an address. Can I send in professional photographs? TOP
Yes, but you will have to also provide a signed release from the photographer allowing us to use the photographs. Is there a fee for editing photographs? TOP
No, there is no extra charge for editing your pictures to make them look their most beautiful.
What if I would like you to modify a design from your gallery? TOP
Of course! You can choose a design from any category in our gallery and have it customized just for you. This includes using a boy�s birth announcement for a girl, using an announcement for an invitation, or an invitation for an announcement.
Are envelopes included in my order? TOP
Yes, high quality white envelopes are included in your order,. You also have two options for color envelopes, turquoise blue or pink pearlescent colored envelopes (for nine extra dollars).
How much is shipping? Do you ship to Canada/ International? TOP
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation for $10.50 We are now shipping to Australia and Canada! Orders shipped outside the U.S. are shipped USPS Global Priority mail. For more information about international shipping rates, please email us. How long will it take for me to receive my order? TOP
We use professional printers and outside printing services to ensure you receive the best quality, therefore there is a turn around time. As soon as we receive your order you will be emailed a digital proof within 48 hours, after we receive payment your order will be sent to our printing center and delivered to you within 6-8 business days (please allow a few extra days for orders shipping to Canada).
